Professional cup saws are bi-metallic with 8% cobalt coating for perfect performance.

Jigsaws often inspired a sense of wonder in me as a young person.

Being able to switch from drills to hole saws to create a large diameter hole was not only interesting – it was fun.

But then making these holes went from being a pleasure to a necessity in our daily work. Honestly, the work became more correct and better.

But here we are talking about technology again – this time with B.Tech Tools’ glass saws.

Originally, cup saws looked just like a hand saw.

The teeth were identical to each other, they just rotated in a circle, so it’s basically the same idea as a regular saw with teeth that engage the material all at once.

Because there is no back and forth action like you find in a handsaw, the teeth can afford to be very consistent in shape and cutting angle throughout.

People have been working with this original design for many years in a variety of materials to really optimize efficiency.

The nice thing is that these jigsaws can cut both wood and metal, along with a number of other materials.

Today, the main problem is that when we need to cut a hole of size, for example 83 mm, through a wooden board that has been attached to it with metal or stainless steel, or for example round iron, or metal boards combined with various insulating materials.

We can burn not only time but also the product itself by using the right and fast power tool.

B.Tech Tools’ hole saw meets the needs for precision and greater efficiency, using an innovative design with tooth technology that combines high durability with grinding of any type of material.

All this and thanks to B.Tech Tools’ technology and patent, today the teeth of the cup saw cut any material due to the unique shape of the teeth’s contact with the material.

B.Tech Tools manufactures hole saws using the Fast Cutting method, which we call Typhoon.

The jigsaw gives us a feeling of security during use, and we are also amazed by the ability to quickly and accurately cut any material while saving time and being very efficient.
