What is a multi-purpose cutting knife?
He is called in Israel (Japanese knife)
A knife with a replaceable blade that can be broken into different sections.
You can push the blade back and forth and lock it in the desired position.
The cutting blade is usually made up of 8 or 9 segments.
Use only one piece at a time and break it when it wears out.
Use pliers or the safety box to disconnect the blade segments.
The blade is broken at a notched section and the unused part of the blade is brought forward and used.
So you, the user, have a very sharp knife blade at your fingertips.
There are two standard knife blade widths: 9 mm and 18 mm.
How do you use a knife?
Cutting knives are used together with blades. When blades need to be replaced, it is easy to open the handle and insert a new blade.
When the blade becomes dull, a new edge is simply snapped off, so you always have a sharp tool.
We recommend using knife blades.

Choosing the right utility knife for you,
Choosing the right cutting tool can sometimes feel like a challenge, which is why we chose to explain how to think about finding the right utility knife.
As a first rule, choose a paring knife with a metal blade rail.
This will make the blade last longer and give you a better grip on the blade.
This will give you better cutting quality.
Check the type of material you are cutting.
The small knife is often very good for simple cutting jobs such as on wallpaper, DIY or in construction.
The slightly larger 18mm knife works better on harder, thicker materials such as flooring, cutting rubber, or cutting various plastic materials.
