High pressure washers from 90BAR to 210BAR from B.Tech Tools
Used to remove loose paint, mold, dirt, dust, mud and grime from surfaces and objects such as buildings, vehicles and concrete surfaces.
The volume of a pressure washer is expressed in liters per minute, is often designed into the pump and does not change.
The pressure, expressed in bar (BAR), is designed into the pump but can be changed by adjusting the pressure relief valve.
Machines are available that produce pressures from 750 to 30,000 psi (5 to 200 MPa) or more.
It is important that the water supply is sufficient for the pressure washer connected to it, as low water pressure will lead to cavitation (underpressure) and damage to the pump components.
Make sure your water source can supply the 5 liters per minute or 3 BAR that the pump requires.lt;/p
The basic B.Tech Tools pressure washer consists of a motor (electric, including an internal electric field, pneumatic and hydraulic), which drives a high-pressure water pump,
The production of B.Tech Tools brings us cutting-edge technology that did not exist until 2014, including a registered patent for valve technology, which is mounted inside pumps above the motor housing and drives high water pressure according to the need and demand of the accessory being removed.
Towards the end of 2013, B.Tech Tools
It began with the development and production of an advanced vacuum cleaner specifically for the construction industry, which was designed to vacuum hard materials and grind them into dust.
After a long period of experimentation, B.Tech Tools realized that it had invented something even greater.
Lightweight washing machines using a compact engine that includes valve technology that increases the suction pressure or alternatively the outlet pressure.
B.Tech Tools’ invention was to produce a vacuum cleaner, and we actually managed to produce something bigger by reversing the valve operation and creating a washing machine that can pump water from a tank of any size, and produce pressure at any possible BAR.
Later, among other developments and refinements of B.Tech Tools, we learned to produce,
A high-pressure hose that delivers stable and durable pressure throughout the entire working time while pressing the gun switch (trigger).
After many years in which washing machines cost the end consumer between 1000 NIS and 5000 NIS / or between $400 and $1800, B.Tech Tools came with the news of a very high-quality price and product, affordable for every pocket, and thus essentially changed the attitude of professionals and home users towards the product, accessible to everyone.
B.Tech Tool has different types of accessories available for different applications.
Certain nozzles create a jet of water as needed to perform the washing job.
Nozzles that provide a higher flow rate lower the exhaust pressure, thus creating a direct, sharp stream.
Most nozzles connect directly to the hose.
B.Tech Tools washing machines, with a suitable container, allow the introduction of detergent into the water stream, assisting in the cleaning process.
There are two types of chemical injectors available – a high-pressure injector that injects the chemical after the water leaves the pump (an external water tank on top of the gun) and a low-pressure injector that injects the chemical before the water enters the pump (which has a tube that carries the material upstream).
It is important to note that using an internal chemical flow tank will only work when connected to the brushing accessories only.
What is dangerous?
High-pressure washers are dangerous tools and must be operated with safety instructions in mind.
The water pressure near the nozzle is strong enough to remove the meat from the bone.
Particles in the water supply are ejected from the nozzle at high speeds.
The cleaning process can move objects that are displaced from the cleaning surface, even at high speeds.
Pressure washers have a tendency to break up the toughest dirt if aimed directly at it, due to high-pressure water entering cracks and spaces in the surface.
Most consumer washing machines are electric or gasoline powered.
B.Tech Tools electric washers plug into a standard outlet, are supplied with tap water, and typically provide pressure of up to 250 bar.
Uses
At extremely high pressure, water is used in many industrial cleaning applications that require the removal of surface coatings and for dust-free cutting of some metals and concrete.
For outdoor applications, and for indoor applications, electric washers are much quieter than gasoline-powered washers.
Most pressure washers today connect to an existing water supply, such as a garden hose, but there are certain models that still allow motor power into high water pressure which subsequently causes extensive damage and even loss of the motor and destruction of the machine.
Therefore, always be sure to check the manufacturer’s specifications before buying.
Pleasant rinsing.
Added values to B.Tech Tools washing machines:
Patented pressure boosting valve technology per accessory
Lightweight, pleasant and user-friendly
Maintaining the engine body while separating the engine from the machine’s pumps
Over 22 different models that are successful all over the world
Maximum water savings while maintaining pressure built into the primary pressure chamber
Pressure relief system: which increases water pressure by means of a reverse valve.
Injection engines: Increases valve working pressure while understanding the length of the hose, which creates for the user a constant pressure flushing experience without sudden pressure drops.
